GP Barbecue 2011 August 20th at Fiona and Colin's |

Our thanks to
Fiona and Colin for hosting this year's GP Barbecue. We hear
they spent the day with relations watching the Air Show from
Colin's boat off Swanage and still managed to get back in the
evening to entertain and spoil 40 of us in their immaculate
garden with lights and candles as the sun went down. |

After the cooking and eating, Colin organised a Golf Competition for us, donating a litre of Famous Grouse as the prize provided everyone gave £1 each to the Commodore's Charity. Enjoyed by all, the idea was nearest the post wins and after Lorna holding the leaderboard for most of the event, Ben crept in but a final shot from Elaine knocked his ball for six and snatched it.
